Order Terms

• Orders are paid in full at time of order, orders are not confirmed until payment is made

                       A limited number of orders are taken each week, having your order paid secures your pick-up date

                       Weddings & large catering events are the exception to this and is addressed on individual order basis

• Since each order is made customized: all payments/deposits  are non-refundable
• If there is a quality concern please contact me right away. I value each customer and never want you to have a negative experience
• Check your order upon contactless pick-up to confirm it is correct and complete
• Sweet Spot Bakery is not responsible for the order once it is in your possession.
• Delivery and Set up are offered for weddings or large venue events.
• Rescheduling  or order changes are only possible with a minimum of 3 business days  notice and are not guaranteed

                       If event is being rescheduled for a medical emergency contact me as soon as possible

                       As a mom I understand kids bring home germs and enjoy acting like a  stunt double that end with an ER trip

• custom decorations, specialty fillings, specialty ingredients will have an additional charge
• Currently the business is cash payment only
