A note from Chef Sweet

   So here is a bit about me: I am a single mom of 4 pretty great kids. 2 of my 4 kids are a set of identical twins! I have Celiac disease and so does my oldest. All 5 of us are lactose intolerant. 

   We take our desserts very seriously! One of my twins if following in my footsteps and has even shown me up a few times in the kitchen. I could easy have run a Tex-Mex, Italian,  Polish/Hungarian, or NY Deli  restaurant, but baking and candy work is my passion. 

    My house will always win the best decorated for Halloween. The only thing we take more seriously then baking is our love of Zombies and Gore! When I get to combine the two making epic Halloween cakes I am in my happy place. 

    I am currently working on finishing my BA in Business - Entrepreneurship and then plan to go for a Masters in Business Management or Culinary Arts.
